2024 General and Show Meetings

General Meetings:

Locations and time for all other meetings will be announced on this website and on facebook. Meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.

January 6 - Cat Siemiet's house, Canon City, 1:00 pm  This is a planning meeting for 2024.

February 13- Debi Steven’s house, Penrose; Meeting starts at 6:00 pm

March 12 - Debi’s house: Penrose; Executive board meeting starts at 5:30, General meeting to start at 6:30 pm (PLEASE NOTE THE TIME CHANGES)

April 9 - Sandy’s House, Canon City; Socializing starts at 5:30, Meeting to start at 6:00 pm (Soup and Salad Provided)

May 14 - Katie’s House, Pueblo West; Socializing starts at 5:30pm, Meeting to start at 6:00pm

November 12 (elections and volunteer of the year)

December  14th - Awards Banquet and Christmas Party 

Show Committee Meetings:

2024 Show Committee Meetings will resume in 2024. Check back for updates here and our Facebook Page!

March 19th - Sandy Vernon's house tentatively scheduled for 2:00pm although that is subject to change. Please check back for updates or check our Facebook page.

This meeting is open to all members.  We need support and input regarding the show season this year

March 26th- Sandy’s house,4pm. Food will be provided. Please park in the upper part of driveway across from garage.

May 1st- Wednesday, 2pm Sandy’s House. We need to fine tune our details for the virtual show on May 19th.
